Once your order is placed and processed on, it cannot be canceled. Only Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled when our team contacts you for order verification. If you need to make changes to your address or contact information after placing the order, please email us at We can accommodate these changes within 12 hours of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Unfortunately, changes cannot be accommodated once the order has been shipped.

**Return & Replacement Policy**

Products purchased from are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange as per the Return & Refund Policy within the specified period if they are physically damaged or differ from their product description. To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, ensuring the following conditions are met:

1. The product is damaged during transit or delivery.
2. The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer's box, original sales receipt, and all accessories.

If the above conditions are met, we will replace your ordered products or initiate a refund, subject to the following:

1. Send an email from your registered email ID to with the Invoice Number, including:
1. Clear images and videos of the damaged products, leaks, or spills.
2. For missing or wrong products or weight issues, share clear images and video clips during unboxing and of the open package with the products received.

2. Upon receiving the details, allow us at least 5 working days to investigate and respond to your complaint with a resolution.

3. If your return is approved based on the evidence provided, our team will inform you accordingly.

4. Approved exchanged products must be returned in the same condition and packaging. Visible damage or breakage during transit will be replaced at no cost, provided you share images and videos of the damaged products during unboxing.

5. Once the return package is received by our warehouse team, a quality check and product weight validation will be conducted. Exchange or replacement will be processed within 48-72 hours after completing the checks, and new consignment tracking details will be emailed to your registered email ID.
