Returns & Exchange

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange at the moment as a early startup. Please be sure of the size. If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out at support@nextinn.co.in

We have a free reverse pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will refund it along with your refund. Replacement product will be delivered in 5-6 days.

If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.

In case of any refund is approved it will take 10-15 working days for the refound to get credited for your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM at support@nextinn.co.in within 3 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement of the same item.
